What We Do
Laser Cutting
High-precision flat sheet laser cutting powered by the TRUMPF TruLaser 1030. Capable of cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass with exceptional accuracy and speed.
- Copper — up to 0.375"
- Steel — up to 1-3/16"
- Stainless — up to 1-9/16"
- Aluminum — up to 1-3/16"
- Brass — up to 1/2"
Precision Bending
Complex form bending with the TRUMPF TruBend 5170 press brake. From simple flanges to multi-break enclosures, we deliver repeatable precision on every part.
CNC Punching
High-speed CNC punching with the TRUMPF TruPunch 1000. Ideal for sheet metal parts requiring holes, louvers, forms, and custom profiles in a single setup. Punches up to 1/4" stainless steel.
Busbar Fabrication
Dedicated busbar processing with the EHRT EB 40. We punch, cut, bend, and form copper and aluminum busbars to exact specifications for electrical and switchgear applications. Handles copper bars up to 8" wide and 1/2" thick.
Flexible Punching
Versatile multi-axis punching and marking with the EHRT FlexPunch. Perfect for complex busbar geometries and custom conductor profiles.
